Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days if the item is pre-made, This can take longer during peak times. If the item is made to order, the dispatching time will be within 2 weeks. Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. 

The delivery charges vary depending on the size of your parcel. Most of the earrings, necklace, keyrings, up to 4 coasters and small frames will be packed and shipped in large letter boxes, which can be posted through your letter box. There are different shipping options and you can choose to upgrade at the checkout. But please bear in mind this does not affect the processing time.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery within the UK.

We don't ship outside UK on our website at the moment, but we offer international shipping on our Etsy shop.

Return and Refund Policy

We always try our best to make sure you will be pleased with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange for any product you wish to return to us, provided the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item(s) need to be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please obtain proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us.The cost of return shipping on change of mind returns is covered by the customer.

Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be returned as they are made especially for you, but please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Once we receive your return and it is accepted you’ll receive an refund to the payment method you used for your purchase. Should your refund be declined we will contact you with the reason why. 

Shipping upgrades are non refundable.

In the unlikely event that all or part of your order arrives damaged please send us an email as soon as possible to madecoraluk@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damages and the packaging. These will be used to file a damages claim with Royal Mail. We will do our best to asses and solve the issue with you.

Cancelling an order

If, for any reasons, you do need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing madebycoraluk@gmail.com. If we receive your cancellation before sending your products we will process a full refund.

If you cancel once your order has been dispatched, we will be able to provide you with a refund when the products have been received by us. Please return the items within 14 days, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We advise you to get proof of posting.
